This micro-waterjet cutting system MicroCut MJ of the latest generation combines the high repeat accuracy and precision of direct drives with the smallest possible exterior dimensions. Unlike conventional cutting systems with the MicroCut MJ extremely delicate and complicated components in a variety of materials are easily able to be produced and with record accuracy.

At the same time the integrated SmartCut-Software guarantees significant material, personnel and time savings. Hence the MicroCut MJ is the ultimate all-round solution for progressive miniaturization e.g. in the medical engineering, micro-electronics and sealing technology sectors.

compact system. This includes, among other things, the variety of workpieces and diverse areas of application, as any non-water-soluble materials can be separated. Furthermore, there is no change in the structure, as the cutting tool “water” is used in the cold cutting process. Micro waterjet cutting with the STM MicroCut guarantees the highest cutting quality without post-processing. The small die clearance of a micro waterjet also allows you to create the most complex geometries.

Features

The fact that even the smallest, high-precision components can be manufactured by with micro waterjets is known only to a negligible group of experts in modern cutting technologies. Precision cutting – also called “micro waterjet cutting” – is an application that opens up completely new worlds in the field of cutting processes.

The precision waterjet cutting system MicroCut V1 is suitable for precision waterjet or micro-waterjet cutting and hence for the production of the smallest components where a limited footprint and maximum precision is required as well as minimal noise exposure and mess.

The precision cutting systems combine the high repeat accuracy from ball screw spindles with the smallest possible exterior dimensions. The systems are supplied with an optional protective hood or with light curtains and can be expanded at will.
