The i-TS high speed digital cutting system is suited to sample making and mass production runs. Designed for a medium duty manufacturing applications and thanks to its flexibility it is able to cut a wide range of fabrics and technical textile. More than eight individual exchangeable tools in as well as a marking pen enable this cutting system to deal with rubber, plastics, carbon fibre and textiles.
The AUTOMATIC PRODUCTION WORKFLOW can be used in full production mode, fulfilling the requirement for high efficiency using the maximum capacity of the machine to realise 24 / 7 production
Our STACKER & COLLECTION SYSTEM, allows material feeding and collection to be done quickly and efficiently. A CAMERA REGISTRATION SYSTEM (CCD) further improves cutting accuracy.
The i-TS high speed digital cutting system is quite suitable for fabric composite, sample making, short run and mass production in sign, advertising printing and packaging industries. Moreover it can be easily interfaced with all major software available on the market. High speed and acceleration allow cutting even complex shapes.
